Some precautions and working pressure of stainless steel reactor

In the process of high-temperature cycle reaction, the stainless steel reaction kettle will definitely cause damage to the human body. In order to reduce the damage to the human body, it is effective to use heat-conducting oil as a solvent. When our stainless steel reactor is in high temperature reaction, we must first turn on the circulating pump to make the equipment slowly heat up during the heat conduction cycle. This is harmless to the equipment, and of course the harm to us will be minimal.

There are several things to note when using the stainless steel reactor.

1. In the process of using the stainless steel reaction kettle, it is necessary to close the refrigerant inlet pipe and exhaust the remaining refrigerant in the pan and the jacket to some extent. Then enter the material.

2. The stainless steel reactor must be closed during the operation of the refrigerant inlet valve, effectively draining the remaining refrigerant in the pot and the jacket, and then input the material. Start the agitator, then turn on the steam valve and the electric heating power. After reaching the required temperature, turn off the steam valve and the electric heating power. After 2 to 3 minutes, turn off the agitator.

3. After the processing of the stainless steel reactor is completed, it is necessary to effectively drain the remaining condensed water in the pot and the jacket. Rinse with warm water as soon as possible, brush off the sticky material, and then use 40 ° C ~ 50 ° C alkaline water on the inner wall of the vessel. Fully cleaned.

4. In the case of empty material in the stainless steel reaction kettle without material (heat absorption medium), steam valve and electric heating power must not be turned on. Pay special attention to the use of steam pressure, and the working pressure should not exceed the rated working pressure.

The stainless steel reactor should be inspected for contamination before it is put into operation. The inner wall of the autoclave, the stirring and the joint surface should be cleaned with ethanol, rinsed with distilled water, and then washed with cotton or silk. Ethylene wipe to prevent cross-contamination of materials.

Stainless steel reactors must be checked for smoothness of the valves before use, especially for pressure gauges and explosion-proof membrane nozzles. For the intake duct, special attention should be paid to the presence or absence of clogging. If there is material contamination or blockage, the duct and the intake branch pipe should be removed from the kettle cover and cleaned before installation.
